We offer a market related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs, a great work environment and a promise that you won’t be bored as long as you are prepared for a challenge and want to build something great!</p> <p><strong>This position reports to the Onboarding Team Lead.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver on Marketplace sales targets focused on acquiring quality 3rd party sellers</li> <li>Creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with focus on key strategic sellers</li> <li>Conceptualise and execute on new seller acquisition strategies</li> <li>Be able to perform needs analysis for potential sellers</li> <li>Travelling within South Africa (Monthly)</li> <li>Work closely with Brand, Category and Sales & Account Managers to build a robust seller pipeline</li> <li>Feedback to Brand Manager and Team Leader on sourcing strategies</li> <li>Identify, set up and host expos, events and webinars</li> <li>Create executable actions by managing data</li> <li>Ability to present and build relationships with senior managers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes Required</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p> <ul> <li>Ability to go beyond what is expected</li> <li>Commercially-minded, strong negotiator</li> <li>Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude;
