Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:Manage team performance in achievement of annual monitoring planEnsure execution of compliance management strategies, plans and programmesEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processesDeliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organizational values and service standardsCompiling monitoring plans indicating the compliance monitoring methodology used and the frequency thereofCompiling monitoring reports on the results of monitoring Incident reporting, to ensure timeous escalation of compliance risks and incidents Interpret regulation and legislation and assist business units with practical implementation thereofAdvise and provide guidance to management on systems, policies, processes and controls implemented to enable complianceAssist with the promotion of a culture of compliance and awarenessand actively participating in compliance projects and training initiativesMaintain knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and internal compliance procedures and requirementsEnsure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out by organization and review in response to audit findings and changesDevelops an understanding of risks and risk management approachesImplement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures and processes within area of specialization and identify risksEducates others and makes suggestions for improvementsNetworks and participates in specialist risk forums where requiredParticipate in Combined Assurance activities with assurance partnersCompile Annual Monitoring Plan for Insure Pillar, engaging with stakeholders to identify key risks and required coverageYou will be an ideal candidate if you have:Relevant BCom QualificationCompliance Monitoring experienceExperience using ARCHER system3-5 years’ experience in managing a teamInternal audit experienceYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environment that is progressive and agileOpportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to endWe can be a match if you have the following:Adaptable and curiousHave a proven successful track record.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Detail-orientedProactive and accountableCalm under pressure Collaborative mindsetFlexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environmentApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
