The role requires a strong foundation in core infrastructure technologies, including operating systems, Active Directory, identity and messaging services, with primary expertise in public cloud platforms, cloud networking, and cloud security.This position provides advanced technical support, complex incident resolution, proactive service optimisation, and technical leadership across hybrid and multi-cloud customer environments.
