Customer Value Proposition Manager

Job DescriptionTo formulate and execute tactical customer value proposition strategies for the sub-segments within the Retail segment. The role is responsible for growing customer acquisition, engagement, revenue, and profitability through CX improvements, innovative propositions, partnerships, and customer-centric solutions aligned to segment needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the value proposition strategy for the relevant subsegment(s)/niche(s)Use customer, market, and competitor insights to identify and unlock growth opportunities and shape proposition designDrive acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and engagement initiativesManage the proposition lifecycle from design and delivery to optimisation and performance monitoring.Partner with Product, Digital, Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver aligned customer solutions.Build partnerships that support the relevant subsegment(s)/niche(s)Manage and report on delivery plans, budgets, business cases, and return on investmentTrack proposition performance, customer behaviour, profitability, and management informationMinimum RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fieldHonours Degree advantageous.Experience6 to 8 years' experience in Product Management, Proposition Management, Customer Strategy, Digital Banking, Marketing, Retail Banking or InsuranceExperience managing entry or mass-market propositions preferredUnderstanding of the retail segment customer preferredCompetenciesStrategic ThinkingCommercial AcumenCustomer FocusInsight & AnalyticsProposition ManagementProduct InnovationRevenue GrowthFinancial ManagementInfluencing#Post#FNB#LI-TM10 Important Closing Date NoteTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.10/11/26All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
