You'll be joining a team powered by Takealot Group's core values.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities can include:</strong></p> <ul> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Ensure that all prescribed safety and operational procedures are always adhered to.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Correct PPE to be worn at all times by all staff, with correct care taken to enhance the life span of the PPE.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported to Takealot management immediately.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and tidiness within the working area.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Monitor and evaluate hourly/daily operational reports and ensure that Outbound KPIs are controlled and met; any discrepancies are to be addressed and resolved.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Release work available to DC for processing.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Assist in maintaining FIFO within the Outbound area by ensuring that Priorities, Same Day Deliveries, and SLA orders are timeously handed over to Dispatch.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Ensure that Outbound queries are resolved timeously, and exception trends are addressed and resolved.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Assist the team in identifying and resolving any mistakes or inaccuracies.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Report and resolve risks to Outbound KPIs within reasonable time to mitigate impact.</li> <li class="gmail-_textBase_1hgab_73">Clear, accurate, and decisive communication to the operations team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Matric</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Applications or similar</li> <li>Experience in running and creating reports.</li> <li>3-5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Attributes</strong></div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Analytical skills.</li> <li>Mathematical skills.</li> <li>Knowledge about warehouse operations and WMS applications.</li> <li>Knowledge about Google products is advantageous.</li> <li>Ability to understand and interpret information and communicate possible effects and the action needed to rectify non conformance noted in the information.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Why Join TFS:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Purpose-driven impact</strong>: Transform lives through logistics innovation</li> <li><strong>Advanced technology: </strong>Work with cutting-edge systems in a fast-paced environment</li> <li><strong>Career growth: </strong>Thrive in an agile space that champions continuous improvement</li> <li><strong>Inclusive culture</strong>: Your unique perspective drives extraordinary results</li> </ul> <p>At TFS, your growth is our growth.
