This position reports to the: DC General Manager Purpose of the role: Operations manager coordinating departments and ensuring daily productive execution of all areas of the DC operations floor. Daily executional role, 90% of time spent on the floor managing performance and productivity of all inbound, Production, Dispatch, housekeeping, 5S. Key responsibilities: (What are you directly responsible to achieve within the scope of your role) <ul> <li>Productive performance of Inbound, Outbound, Dispatch, Housekeeping operational performance. Budget / cost management</li> <li>Overall management and coordination of all DC activities (Dispatch Department, Inbound and Outbound Department) so that orders are shipped on schedule and product is within quality standards and cost objectives</li> <li>Ensuring DC adheres to company policy and administer practices in a fair and equitable manner.
