Your success is defined by your pivotal role in collaborating closely with the Hub Manager to ensure an exceptional delivery experience. Your focus on efficient operations, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement sets the foundation for success. You play a crucial part in the team, working collaboratively to address and resolve issues, achieve operational excellence and maintain a commitment to customer satisfaction.</p> </div> <h3> </h3> <h3><span style="color: #4646e8;"><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Efficiently manage both outbound and inbound parcels, overseeing the entire process from collection to delivery, ensuring the adherence of SOPs</li> <li>Lead and manage the inbound and outbound teams to ensure smooth operations and timely parcel handling</li> <li>Consistently monitor and ensure courier reliability to meet and maintain delivery targets</li> <li>Work closely with the Last Mile Delivery Support Agent and Hub Manager to investigate and resolve courier and customer complaints promptly</li> <li>Execute follow-up procedures to address and rectify issues raised by couriers and customers</li> <li>Collaborate with the Hub Manager to implement incentive programs for drivers and hub runners to boost performance and motivation.</li> <li>Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, drivers, and support agents to address issues and ensure smooth operations</li> <li>Drive efficiency in all tasks related to parcel management, collection and delivery processes</li> <li>Execute parcel consolidation by receiving parcels and verifying the accuracy of the parcel details and subsequently consolidating parcels based on delivery routes and courier supply</li> <li>Effectively manage courier supply by executing courier recruitment, vetting and training</li> <li>Be ready to step-in operationally wherever the need may be required</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><span style="color: #4646e8;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE: </strong></span></h3> <h3 style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #7474ee;"><strong>This job is for you if you have:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in supply chain operations execution</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams for efficient operations</li> <li>Reliable transport and are flexible to travel</li> <li>Great communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of people</li> <li>Great organisational skills, are able to multitask and effectively prioritise under pressure</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly</li> <li>Good IT skills and are comfortable to work on various software packages</li> <li>Are comfortable working over weekends and on a shift rotational basis</li> <li>A commitment to ensuring an exceptional delivery experience for customers</li> </ul> <h3 style="padding-left: 40px;"> </h3> <h3 style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #7474ee;"><strong>One or more of the following will help you stand out:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Have a true passion for outstanding customer service</li> <li>A proven record of thriving in a high-paced, cross-functional team environment </li> <li>Proven experience in developing and implementing efficient SOP’s</li> <li>Experience in an e-commerce environment</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2> </h2> <h2><span style="color: #4646e8;"><strong>JOINING THE BASH TEAM</strong></span></h2> <hr> <p>We believe in <span style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="color: #7474ee;"><strong>autonomy and self-driven</strong></span></span> individuals who thrive within some uncertainty so that they can fill those gaps with their uniqueness.
