Join us as a SHE Intern Function: Supply ChainReports to: SHE ManagerScope: LocalLocation: Maydon WharfTerms & Conditions: Full time on site JOB PURPOSETo provide practical workplace experience in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) by supporting SHE initiatives, compliance activities, training coordination, reporting, and administrative processes, while developing the intern's technical and professional capabilities in a manufacturing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in updating all SHE procedures as requiredAssist in reviewing and conducting Risk Assessments/ Aspects and ImpactsAssist in incident investigationsCommunicate changes to the procedures and quality information by attending meetings and updating noticeboards and communication screen onsiteAssist training facilitators with arranging and planning safety training.Collates SHE statistics and results as requiredWork with Coordinators to drive audit plans and corrective action implementation e.g. hygiene, first aid box, housekeeping, area inspections etc.Maintain action trackers for all activities to drive SHE plansSelect 2 key projects to develop own SHE skill and improve SHE within UnileverConduct Contractors SHE Induction REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSCompleted qualification in Safety/Occupational Health/Environmental Management or Science.Degree/advanced Diploma/B Tech.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSafety Qualification UNILEVER BEHAVIOURSFocus on what counts: We ruthlessly prioritise what really, really matters and so do fewer things brilliantly.
