You will be a key contributor to custom software solutions, working closely with other team members to deliver seamless integrations and high-quality products. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.What you’ll doYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including: Software Development & EngineeringDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance front-end and back-end applications in accordance with established software engineering standards and best practices.Develop high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.Maintain existing systems while proactively identifying opportunities for modernization, enhancement, and performance improvement.Utilize current and emerging technologies to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions.Ensure software architecture and code quality align with organizational standards and industry best practices.Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to implement architectural designs and technology strategies.

Collaboration & DeliveryCollaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Enterprise Architects, and Quality Engineers to deliver software solutions that meet business objectives.Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies, standards, and engineering practices.Provide technical input into solution design, effort estimation, and delivery planning activities.System Support & Incident ManagementProvide second and third-line technical support for software applications deployed within the organization’s technology ecosystem.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues impacting production environments.Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement sustainable corrective actions.Support system upgrades, patches, releases, and deployment activities.Ensure minimal disruption to business operations through effective incident and problem management practices.System Monitoring & Performance ManagementMonitor application performance, system stability, and service availability.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system inefficiencies, and reliability issues.Ensure systems meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational performance standards.Support proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to maintain optimal system health and availability.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementCreate, maintain, and update comprehensive technical documentation.Ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and accessible for operational support and future development activities.Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical capability development within the engineering team. What you’ll bringYou’re someone who brings:3 to 5 years’ practical experience in the full software development life cycle as a software engineer or software developer.Demonstrates solid understanding of Software Engineering design patterns and/or methodologies.Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, with a preference for experience in C# and the .NET framework.Proficient in multiple languages, libraries & frameworks (e.g.

C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, Node.js)Demonstrated experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.Designing the database schema to store application data efficientlyProficient in working with relational and nonrelational databases (e.g. SQL Server & MongoDB) and writing efficient TSQL queries.Hands on experience with containerization technologies (e.g.

Kubernetes & Docker)Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.Strong knowledge of Devops practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.Demonstrates solid understanding of Software Testing fundamentals.Demonstrates consistent passion for Technology and keeping up with the industry.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputsAbility to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situationsExcellent problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to accurately estimate effort and take ownership for time management and delivery.Strong collaboration and communication abilities. Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsExperience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.Experience with mobile application development using React Native.Knowledge of in memory datastores (e.g. Redis or Valkey).

Experience with messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Experience as part of an Agile software engineering team.A good understanding or security principles,Develop reusable Terraform templates for infrastructure as code to improve deployment speed and consistency.Computer Science related degree, diploma, or similar qualification in software engineering.
