Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of thirty (30) standard computers, four (04) standard laptops and one (01) technical laptop for the Department of Public Works & Infrastructure.

Conditions

PHASE 2: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS •The bidder is required to submit a letter on the company's official letterhead confirming delivery of the computers within one (1) month period. A letter of support from the manufacturer, confirming the bidder's authorization and ability to supply the computer within the stipulated period must also be provided. •The bidder must provide three (3) reference letters and three (3) awards letters or purchase orders for services rendered not older than 5 years.
