Conditions
It is estimated that tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 8EP or higher. Joint ventures are permitted in accordance with the CIDB requirements. An OEM may tender in its own right, be a CIDB-registered joint venture member, or be named as a key Subcontractor, in which case its grading (if any) does not count.
