Productivity SA seeks to lease office space within a 10-kilometer radius of the current Productivity SA offices (Office 202, Edward III Building, 70 Edward Street, Tyger Valley). The office space should be located to the north of the N1 freeway, between Plattekloof and Cape Gate, including areas such as Plattekloof, Tygervalley, Tyger Falls, Durbanville, Kenridge, De Bron, Brackenfell North (north of the N1 freeway), and Cape Gate. The required space should be approximately 250m² to 300m². The lease agreement will be for a period of five (5) years, anticipated to commence on 01 December 2026.
