← CallTech ConnectMARKETPLACE TERMS

Clear rules.
Better connections.

These terms explain the basic rules for customers using CallTech Connect to request and compare services.

Marketplace role

CallTech Connect is a technology marketplace that helps customers describe work, receive provider responses and compare businesses. Unless CallTech Technologies is itself the selected service provider, the service agreement is between the customer and the chosen business.

Your request

Provide accurate information and do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or fraudulent requests. A request may be qualified, categorised, scored, matched or held for review before being released to providers.

Quotes and provider selection

Providers are responsible for the accuracy and scope of their quotes. Customers should confirm final scope, timing, warranties, licences, insurance, payment terms and any site-specific conditions directly with the selected provider before work begins.

Verification and reviews

A CallTech Verified signal means specified business information was reviewed by CallTech. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, availability or future performance. Reviews may be moderated and verified-job labels are reserved for feedback linked to eligible Connect activity.

Responsible use

Do not scrape protected customer information, bypass lead access rules, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, send spam through Connect or use marketplace information for an unrelated purpose.

Availability

We aim to keep Connect available and useful, but features may change as the marketplace develops. Planned maintenance, security work, third-party outages or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the service.

Privacy

Use of personal information is also governed by the CallTech Connect Privacy & POPIA notice.
