Compete on value.
Respect the customer.

These rules apply to businesses listing on Connect, receiving opportunities and using paid marketplace access.

Business information

You must keep your company profile, services, service areas, contact information and verification documents accurate. CallTech may request updated documents or remove verification where information becomes outdated or cannot be confirmed.

Lead access

Lead access is for the subscribed business and authorised team members. Customer details may only be used to respond to the relevant request. Resale, bulk extraction, unrelated marketing and unauthorised redistribution are prohibited.

Plans and allowances

Plan benefits, included lead unlocks, team seats, priority features and other entitlements are shown on the current pricing page and member subscription screen. Founding pricing may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.

Unlimited plan fair use

Unlimited access is intended for genuine matched opportunities that the business can reasonably service. Automated harvesting, indiscriminate unlocking, resale or behaviour that degrades marketplace quality may be restricted.

Quotes and conduct

Quotes must be genuine, relevant and sufficiently clear for the customer to understand the proposed work. Businesses remain responsible for professional obligations, taxes, licences, insurance, warranties and the services they perform.

Reviews

Businesses may respond to approved reviews but may not threaten, incentivise or manipulate customers to obtain a particular rating. Fraudulent reviews or attempts to manufacture marketplace reputation may result in moderation or account action.

Subscription administration

Paid access is administered through the configured payment provider. Cancellation, pausing or plan changes take effect according to the billing state shown in the member workspace and the payment provider's confirmed transaction status.
